I had a very helpful person. She informed me about my boots and waterproofing them. Would recommend. Had a great selection, more than other stores I was to.

Do Not Do Business with these people. They charge you a fee for having a zero balance. Lies about there policy.then blames the bank who issues there cards on charging the fee's claiming they have nothing to do with the bank. SCAMMERS ALL The WAY...

Edited to say: My previous review was 7 years ago and nothing has changed: no one greeted me I couldn't get any help and when I did get up to the register the three people working were more interested in talking to each other and texting on their phones than doing their jobs. I was shopping for shoes for my daughter and I couldn't even get anyone to help us find her size! No greeting and no help...I'll go somewhere else next time.

Super easy to find things and the workers were super nice.

If you are looking for mediocre shoes to get for your family or kids then this place is for you. I never had any bad experiences here at this location, the staff are nice. Now if you are looking for higher end shoes, custom shoes or fancy footwear this is not the shoe store. You are better off downloading Zappos on your phone and shopping online. Hopefully this review helps someone out.
